How to useImport leadsYou can import leads into leads module from a CSV file. Follow the steps given below.Login to webappOn the left side of your dashboard click on leads  List view of leads will be seen. Click on the gear icon and click on import.  Select the CSV file to be imported and click on import.  Export leadsYou can export leads from leads module into a CSV file. To export click on Export and a CSV file will get downloaded.  Send Bulk SMSLogin to webapp -> go to leads moduleA list view of leads will open. Check on the checkbox to select the leads to whom SMS is to be sent.  Click on the gear icon on the right side and click on “Send Bulk SMS” A message box will open up. The phone numbers of the leads will be displayed in the box. Write your message in the box and click on send message.
