Bulk SMS Gateway

            Note: Before getting started you need to have an account on NexmoGo to Nexmo https://www.nexmo.com/ and create an account on it. Once account is created on Nexmo, it will provide you with API key and API secret, as shown in the below image. These details you will need to configure Nexmo API on webapp.  Steps to configure Nexmo SMS API on WebappCreate an account on webappLogin to webapp. Click on your account on the top right corner.Click on profile  Click on SMS tab Click on Nexmo details. Enter the API secret, API key and the phone number, and click on save changes.  Once you enter the details and click on save changes Nexmo will get activated for your account. To De-Activate Nexmo account click on De-Activate button.  Twilio ConfigurationNote: Before getting started you need to have an account on Twilio.Go to twilio https://www.twilio.com/ and create an account on it. Once account is created on Twilio click on your account on the top right corner. Then click on “Account” as shown in the below image. Account settings page will open. You will find the account SID and auth token in the API credentials section. These details you will need to configure Twilio API on webapp. Steps to configure Twilio SMS API on WebappCreate an account on webappLogin to webapp. Click on your account on the top right corner.Click on profile  Click on SMS tab  Click on Twilio details. Enter the Auth Token, Account SID and the phone number, and click on save changes. Once you enter the details and click on save changes Twilio will get activated for your account.  To De-Activate Twilio account click on Deactivate button. Plivo configurationNote: Before getting started you need to have an account on Plivo.Go to plivo https://www.plivo.com/ and create an account on it. Once account is created on Plivo, it will provide you with Auth id and Auth token, as shown in the below image. These details you will need to configure Plivo API on webapp. Steps to configure Plivo SMS API on WebappCreate an account on webappLogin to webapp. Click on your account on the top right corner.Click on profile  Click on SMS tab  Click on Plivo details. Enter the Auth Token, Auth ID and the phone number, and click on save changes. Once you enter the details and click on save changes Plivo will get activated for your account.  To De-Activate Plivo account click on De-Activate button. How to useImport leads You can import leads into leads module from a CSV file. Follow the steps given below.Login to webappOn the left side of your dashboard click on leads   List view of leads will be seen. Click on the gear icon and click on import.  Select the CSV file to be imported and click on import.

How to Use

Export leadsYou can export leads from leads module into a CSV file. To export click on Export and a CSV file will get downloaded.  Send Bulk SMSLogin to webapp -> go to leads moduleA list view of leads will open. Check on the checkbox to select the leads to whom SMS is to be sent.  Click on the gear icon on the right side and click on “Send Bulk SMS” A message box will open up. The phone numbers of the leads will be displayed in the box. Write your message in the box and click on send message.
